The Question is:

 
Dear Wizard,
 
We are on a porting project from Vax to NT. We
would like to know the exact functioning of the
function DECwTermPort. We would prefer to have
a detailed description and function prototype of the
same. Thanx in advance.

  DECwTermPort creates a DECterm terminal.
 
  For a detailed description of this and other (documented) DECwindows
  calls, please see the DECwindows documentation.  Specifically, see
