Help with TCP/IP (UCX) LPRSETUP?

The Question is:

 
I need to print with LPR/LPD to
an OCE9700 Laserplotter
i only know the IP-ADDRESS
which is e.g. 120.0.112.114
 
how do i have to create a queue
with UCX$LPRSETUP to print to this device over the
network ????

The Answer is :

 
  First, make sure you are running TCP/IP Services for OpenVMS (UCX) version
  V4.1 or V4.2 (or later), with the associated ECO kit.
 
  Various discussions of configuring lpr printers have been included here
  in Ask The Wizards on previous occasions -- please try a quick search for
  "lpr" using the available search engine.
 
  If these discussions and the associated UCX product documentation around
  LPRSETUP proves insufficient for your specific needs, please contact the
