PATHWORKS 32 and the F2 (Print Screen) key?

The Question is:

 
Environment: Pathworks 32 clients, VT320
             emulator.
 
The F2 key on the PC keyboard does not do a
screen print as it did with the Pathworks 4.1
client. Is this a bug in the emulator for this
version of the client software or have we
messed up something in the configuration?

The Answer is :

 
  VT320 V7.0.033, which is the version that shipped with PATHWORKS 32 V7.0,
  was found to have a small problem with the behaviour of the print screen
  function -- unfortunately nothing was printed -- and a fix for this has
  been included in VT320 V7.0.034 and beyond.
 
  Please contact the customer support center for further assistance, and
  for assistance in locating a corrected version of the tool.
