Does an V5.5-2 upgrade exist?

The Question is:

 
I have VMS 5.5 and need to upgrade to VMS 5.5-2
or 5.5-2H4 to be able to apply the Y2K kits.
I was given all the TK50s for the upgrade but I
do not have one for an upgrade from 5.5 to 5.5-2.
All the tapes for the upgrade bomb and will not
work unless I have 5.5-2!
 
Does an upgrade tape for 5.5 to 5.5-2 exist?
