UDP/IP (UCX) appl socket creation failures?

The Question is:

 
I am having a problem with an application (@aglance) which runs over UCX on
my server. I quits working quite often. The error file prints out the
following message:"svctcp_.c - udp socket creation problem: not enough
core". Does this error mean anything t
o you?

The Answer is :

 
  Contact the maintainer of the application for assistance.
 
  "Not enough core" can point to a (typically UNIX-derived) application
