VAXstation RJ-style serial port pinout? (MMJ)

Odd question:
 
What are the pinouts for the VAXStation 3100 M30
funky looking (4-pin?) RJ-whatever style serial
ports, I just picked up a couple of these machines
with no serial cables, monitors or mice.  I need
to boot with a serial console to get the machine
to run.  If I can actually find a source for
the cables, that'd be even better!  If not, I can
probably make one.
