The Question is:

 
We currently run VMS 5.4-2. I need to know y2k issues with this version.
Where can I get this info?

The Answer is :

 
  Please see the existing Y2K discussions in the OpenVMS Frequently Asked
  Questions (FAQ).
 
  OpenVMS V5.4-2 is not one of the releases that has a Y2K ECO available,
  and the Wizard is presently unaware of plans to provide a Y2K ECO for
  this release.  The Wizard would recommend upgrading to at least V5.5-2,
  or performing an evaluation of V5.4-2 in your system and application
  environment -- using the documented Y2K testing procedures referenced
  in the FAQ -- to determine if your site is likely to encounter severe
