Altering ATI Mach64 PCI resolution? (DECwindows)

The Question is:

 
I have an Alpha 200 4/100 with the ATI Mach64 PCI video board. It was set up
to work with a DEC 21 inch monitor in hi-res mode. I have recently upgraded
to Alpha 255's and 500 and used my good monitors on those machines. I would
like to change the resolut
ion in DEC windows down to 1024 x 768 so I can continue to use the Alpha 200
on a less expensive monitor. I did not set up these 200's originally and I
need some help on where to change these parameters.

The Answer is :

 
  Rename DECW$PRIVATE_SERVER_SETUP.TEMPLATE to .COM, and edit the file.
  Read the directions inside the file, you will need to set two global
  symbols for the x and y resolution.  You can also look in the file
  DECW$DEVICE_CONFIG_GQ.COM to see where the default is set, but the
  Wizard would not modify that file as it can be replaced by a version
  upgrade.
