The Question is:

 
 
we have a number of VMS clusters as well as stand alone workstations and
servers. We would like to automatically synchronize the clocks on all
machines to the same date and time. how do we do this?

The Answer is :

 
  DECdtss (a component of DECnet-Plus) and NTP (a component of TCP/IP
  Services for OpenVMS (UCX)) can both perform clock synchronization
