TCP/IP (UCX) IMAP?

The Question is:

 
Just a couple of "quick" questions regarding VMSMail.
 
1. With the latest versions of VMS/UCX you can now use any POP3 mailer to
utilize VMSMail.  Are there any plans in the near future to implement IMAP?
 
 
2. Is there some means of migrating the MAIL.MAI files to a format that can
be imported into a third party mailer (i.e. Outlook/Outlook Express,
Netscape Mail, etc...).  We have several users that we are migrating from
VMS Mail to Outlook 98 and they have
 hundreds upon thousands of messages that still reside in the VMSMail
system.  I would hate to have to forward each and every one of them.
