The Question is: I've got a data acquisition application receiving pressure data via RS-485. I'm using a RS-232 to RS-485 converter hanging off a DEC 4000/300S using a Design Analysis Associates TC-420 serial mux. I need the rs-232 port to run at 28.8K, but the OVMS "set terminal /speed=" parameter doesn't like 28800. Is there anyway to force a port to this speed? The TC-420 claims to support 28.8K. It's working fine at 19.2K, but I'm not quite getting the thruput I need. Thanks, David Harrison The Answer is : There is no way to set the baud rate to 28.8K. That is not one of the baud rates recognized by the serial line chips. You have to use either 19.2 or 38.4.
