setting up TCP/IP (UCX) PPP via DECserver?

The Question is:

 
We are looking to set up a PPP connection between our Alpha and a Windows
95/NT PC. We have installed UCX 4.2 and the latest ECO. The connection will
eventually be made via modems connected to a DECserver 900TM. However, we
are not to sure what terminal s
erver settings are required to allow the connection. As I understand, the
server will merely act as a router between the two points. Is this correct?
