Serial cabling pinouts? (again)

The Question is:

 
I have a CXY08 card in my VAX.  I am trying make a Cable. One that will go
from the serial 9-pin Comm.1 port on my PC, to the 25 pin connector on the
end of the CXY08 cable. I just need to know which pins to use to make the 25
to 9 pin cable. I could use
your help.
