Converting to RTF?

The Question is:

 
I'm not sure if you'd consider this a VMS question, but...
 
Is there a utility from DEC (or 3rd party) that will
convert the All-in-One documents to RTF so I can import
them in to a word processor?  We plan on upgrading to
OpenVMS 6.2 and discontinuing All-in-One.
