Interrupt 660 on AlphaServer 2100?

The Question is:

 
Hey I have a great problem for you.  I have a 2100 rack mount with two 250
MHz cpus installed and on kzpsc three channel raid controller.  We are
currently trying to install a kzpsa wide differential controller to run our
hsz52 controller.  When the kzpsa
 is installed the system is no longer able to boot.  On the front panel I
receive a 21164 timeout error and interrupt 660 begins to pop up on the
display.  The firmware rev of the kzpsa is A11.  If the kzpsa is removed
from the system everything is fine.
Multiple kzpsa have been replaced with no change in problem. Also I am
receiving  Xdelta failed to load errors as well.  Please take a look and get
back to me with any ideas that you may have thanks.
