TCP/IP (UCX) LPD LINKDISCON errors?

The Question is:

 
I am getting an the error "No more retries for LPD failed job: BILLS Number:
988 User: MMC Status: %SYSTEM-F-LINKDISCON, network partner disconnected
logical link" when printing to an UCX LPD queue.  They are running UCX v4.1.
They are rather large print
 jobs happening over a T1 circuit with little other traffic.
 
Should I be looking into the "UCX$LPD_RETRY_INTERVAL" type logicals to
remedy this?
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  You will want to acquire and install the latest ECO for TCP/IP Services
  for OpenVMS (UCX) V4.1, or upgrade to V4.2 with the associated ECO kit.
  If these do not resolve the problem seen, please contact the customer
  support center for assistance.  Expect to be asked about the ECO status.
  Expect to be asked specific details for both ends of the connection --
  host information, printer type, etc.  Also expect to be asked for the
  contents of any relevent log files.  Error counts, etc.
