Configuring TCP/IP (UCX) NTP?

The Question is:

 
I am running UCX v4.1 on VMS v6.2 and need to
run NTP. I ran the UCX$CONFIG utility and found
NTP enabled, but I do not where to configure
NTP.
 
Help UCX and UCX help do not offer assistance.
 
Besides suggesting reading documentation that I
do not have, or using the Documentation CD
without bookreader, where do I go for help?

  Please see the existing notes here in Ask The Wizard on the topic of NTP,
  particularly "1506".
 
  The TCP/IP Services for OpenVMS (UCX) product documentation is, however,
  the single best resource -- there is rather more documentation on this
  topic than would fit into this posting, as well.
 
  The Wizard would strongly recommend acquiring the OpenVMS documentation
  on CD-ROM (at a minimum), as it is exceedingly difficult to operate
