Seeking cheap OpenVMS license?

The Question is:

 
hi, i'am a pc collector and since last week i
own  two VAX Stations (Vax 3100 and Vax 4000).
Now i nee an operating system to make them
work. is there a way to become an older OpenVMS
operatingsystem like v. 6.1 or 6.2 for a
cheap price or better to buy nothing.
i don't work on these machines i only collect
it and to buy openvms is very expensiv.

  Please skim the "Rules" section of Ask The Wizard again, particularly
  the rule that says "Please don't ask questions that are in the OpenVMS
  FAQ."  In the OpenVMS FAQ, please pay particular attention to the section
