4100 5/533 system?

The Answer is :

 
  All AlphaServer 4100 series systems require V6.2-1H3, or V7.1 or later.
 
  All systems based on the EV56-based (21164A) Alpha microprocessor have
  an absolute minumum OpenVMS requirement of V6.2-1H3 or V7.1, with specific
