DDIF to TIFF conversion? (CDA)

The Question is:

 
Dear Wizard ,
 
our application uses DecImage to show faxes,
which are stored in DDIF format.
since we are adding PC VISUAL components to our
application,  i would like a reliable way
to convert ddif files to tiff in order to see
them in pc appl ( acdsee ? ).
i've tried "convert/document 'p1 'p2 /format=tiff"
but it didnt work well.

The Answer is :

 
  Please contact the support center for assistance in this conversion,
  and in resolving the error(s) you are (apparently) reporting.  Expect
  to be asked details around the converter library (CDA) in place, as
  well as specifically what you meant by "it didnt work well": specific
  information on the results (or lack thereof), the error messages (if
  any) produced, etc.
