Switching SRM to AlphaBIOS (ARC) firmware?

The Question is:

 
I am trying to configure an AlphaStation 200 4/233 for NT.
 
When trying to change my firmware and I enter:
 
boot dva
 
I receive the following:
 
(boot dva0.0.0.0.1)
block 0 of dva0.0.0.0.1 is not a valid boot block
bootstrap failure
 
How do I get it to load? What should be my course of action?

The Answer is :

 
  You have appparently inadvertly reached the OpenVMS Wizard, not the
  Microsoft Windows NT Wizard.  The OpenVMS Wizard is not particularly
  familiar with Windows NT, and is not in a position to answer questions
  on Windows NT.
 
  Please see existing discussions on switching from SRM to the ARC (or
  AlphaBIOS) console here in Ask The Wizard.  Remember to power-cycle
