I'm surching somebody who will be able to sell me the CD of VWS 4.6
 
If it is possible, from France.

The Answer is :

 
  All recent versions of VWS are available only to customers with a
  VWS software support contract in place.  Please contact your local
  reseller or the local sales or support center to acquire information
