TCP/IP (UCX) FTP problems? (tmp files, lg files)

The Question is:

 
We have two UCX (v4.0-10) FTP problems:
1. parallel FTP mget sessions fail when they want to open the same UCX temp
file;
2. binary put of files to non-VMS systems of files of around 10KB fails
without a specific error message, but on error is activated.
 
Are these known problems, are there work-arounds available or fixed in a
newer version?

The Answer is :

 
  Please upgrade to the current UCX release (V4.2), and apply the current
  ECO kit for V4.2.  Try the tests again.  If the tests fail, please
