Moving SLS from OpenVMS VAX to Alpha?

The Question is:

 
Can you please tell me what steps are involved in moving SLS v2.9B server
from a VAX to an Alpha running VMS 7.1?
 
Is it just a case of installing the software on the Alpha and copying the
database files across? What are the database files called?
 
Does the licence for SLS have to be replaced by an AXP version?
