Y2K and DEC VET (VETAXP)?

The Question is:

 
We have a product installed in an alpha system running VMS 6.2. This product
is listed in VMSINSTAL.HISTORY as "VETAXP". What is this product? What does
it do and is it Y2K issue?

  VETAXP is the DEC VET System Verification Software (formerly known
  as the verification and exerciser tool) kit, and the kit is generally
  included and distributed with the Alpha firmware distribution kits.
 
  If the DEC VET package is not presently listed in the Year 2000
  database, please contact Compaq Customer Support Center directly, or
