Software support contract part number?

The Question is:

 
Where can I find out more information about the items that are on my
software support schedule. Some of the names are a bit obscure.
i.e. PVS-SW-PCI (part no, qr-smpvc-1s)

  Please contact the local Compaq sales office, or your reseller, or
  the folks at 1-800-DIGITAL for assistance with questions on your
  software support contract.
 
  Part numbers can be translated using businesslink:
