The Question is:

 
what is the name of the file i should use in my startup file to start ucx.
and where should it be located after i installed ucx 4.2.

The Answer is :

 
  The name of the file (UCX$STARTUP) is covered in the TCP/IP Services
  for OpenVMS installation and configuration documentation in the TCP/IP
  Services for OpenVMS documentation set.  The documentation also covers
  necessary product configuration information.
 
  You should not need to move, relocate, change, or otherwise operate
  on the UCX$STARTUP command procedure after a successful installation.
 
  If you have installed V4.2, you will also want to acquire and install
  the available ECO kit for the release.
