Duplicate print jobs?

The Question is:

 
LBCC has been recently (this week) having some of our print jobs
printing 4 times what was requested.  This has happened to a LAT and
Multinet symbiont.  The LAT device is the line printer while the
Multinet printer is on a NetWare network.  Do you have any suggestions
on what to even start looking in???  The only thought that I have is
Maybe something is going on with the Que manager.  HELP

  Please contact the Compaq customer support center, additional
  information will be required.  Expect to be asked what ECO kits
  have been applied -- particularly if any print symbiont or queue
  manager ECOs have been applied, questions about the particular
  queue manager configuration, and questions about the pattern of
