TCP Relay (Firewall) for OpenVMS?

The Question is:

 
Does Digital (or anyone) offer TCP Relay for VMS?
I would like to run this relay (or proxy) on
a VMS box to only allow clients from the network
above the box to only access specified hosts on
the network below the box.  It would be a pretty
simple proxy for a UNIX machine but I am not
sure how it would be done for a VMS machine.
Do you know of any products or places I might
look?

The Answer is :

 
  The Wizard is unaware of a Firewall or relay for OpenVMS based on
  TCP/IP Services for OpenVMS, though there are documented security
  hooks in the IP drivers to allow the implementation of a tool such
  as a firewall.  An example of using these hooks is located on the
