DECnet Phase IV on OpenVMS V7.1?

The Question is:

 
I'm planning to upgrade OVMS 6.1 to 7.1.  I also plan to use DECNet phase
IV.  I have purchased a base license, user licenses, and base media & doc.
 
Do I need to purchase a new DECNet license?
Do I need the DECNet media and Doc?

The Answer is :

 
  DECnet Phase IV is included on the CD-ROM distribution media, and the
  existing DECnet and NAS licenses will enable both DECnet Phase IV and
  DECnet-Plus.
 
  When you install OpenMV SV7.1, you will want to answer "no" to the
  question concerning the installation of DECnet-Plus, then follow the
  directions in the documentation for installing DECnet Phase IV after
  the OpenVMS installation itself completes.
 
  You will want to evaluate the Prior Version Support status and the
  associated information for DECnet Phase IV, as well.
