What utilities are included in a standard open vms package
version 5.4-2
 
for example:   SYSGEN
               Backup

The Answer is :

 
  When you can define exactly what you mean by "utility" -- and rather more
  importantly, what the purpose behind the particular question is -- the
  OpenVMS Wizard may be able to and may then deign to provide such a list.
  Asking a terse question -- without providing the background necessary
  -- can lead to a terse answer.  Further, the terse answer may not apply
  to the question that you thought you were asking.
 
  In the interrum, you can list out the entire contents of the OpenVMS
  operating system distribution kit via the file SYS$UPDATE:VMSKITBLD.DAT
  -- this file is provided with each version of OpenVMS -- as a starting
