The Question is:

'Write us your story' ..
To where? :) No mailto-link or whatever..
I wanted to say also that the answer
to the BA213 question about the pinouts (sorry
c&p is lost) is wrong, cause the connectors
are quite different to the mvII.
Should be easy to find - search for BA213
gives only 3 links :(

The Answer is :

The particular BA213 pinout referenced is unclear -- more specific
information is required. Three links -- one with an extensive amount
  of information -- were located.

One thing that may not be immediately clear is the particular pinout
under discussion: the KA630 (MicroVAX II, VAXstation II, etc), KA650
(MicroVAX III, MicroVAX 3500, etc), KA655 (MicroVAX III+, MicroVAX
3800, etc) processor modules can exist in the BA23, BA123, BA213,
BA215, and various other Q-bus enclosures. These enclosures can have
bulkheads with different serial line connector pinouts.

The serial line connector on the console bulkhead for the KA650 CPU
module can use either DB9 or MMJ pinouts. In the BA23 and BA123, the
KA650 bulkhead typically uses the DB9 (non-PC pinout), while the MMJ
is used on the bulkhead found on BA213 and BA215 and later enclosures.

The KA630, KA650, and KA655 console bulkhead interface -- the connector
and cable from the CPU module to the bulkhead -- is identical across
the series. These CPU modules can each use either of the two (commonly-
available) console bulkheads, depending on the particular Q-bus system
  enclosure used.

The KA630 memory interface differs from that of the KA650 and the KA655
  modules, however.
