OpenVMS Alpha SRM Firmware?

The Question is:

 
Hi "Digital"
 
We do have a DECPC axp150
(DEC2000 Model 300 AXP) Rom version 1.4
running OpenVMS 6.1.
 
We would like to upgrade it to OpenVMS 7.1, but I have checked in release
notes and We need a
PALcode minimum at 5.56.
 
At boot prompt my Little alpha show
 
VMS PAL 5.48 - 7-jul-1994.
 
 
How do I upgrade this PAL version ???
 
Please Help me with how to do and a site to download if thats needed.

  "ALPHA6. Where can I get updated console firmware for Alpha systems?"
  If the information in that area proves insufficient, please contact the
