The Question is:

 
How do I setup a tcp/ip printer queue to prevent
it receiving broadcast messages? .
 

The Answer is :

 
  Set up the terminal device -- the Wizard will assume that the TCP/IP queue
  is itself not particularly involved here, and that this print queue is a
  queue targeting a printer on a standard terminal line -- with /NOBROADCAST.
 
  Use "SET TERMINAL/NOBROADCAST/PERMANENT ddcu:" -- where ddcu: is the device
  name of the printer -- in the site-specific portions of the system startup
  command procedures, somewhere before the commands that start up the print
