VAX 4000 105A Storage Configuration?

The Question is:

 
Hardware Question:
  I have a 4000-105a w/no docs.  How many DSSI
drives will fit in the bay.  One drive is in the
box already.

The Answer is :

Typically a 4000-105a will be in a BA42B type enclosure which has bays for
three 3 1/2" DSSI drives and two SCSI devices. There is also an external
DSSI connector which can be cabled to an external DSSI cabinet or another
CPU, forming a cluster (maximum of eight DSSI nodes per bus, counting any CPUs)
