Managing OpenVMS via Microsoft SMS?

The Question is:

 
I read that MS SMS server can work together with VMS. But MS tells me to get
a plug in from Digital to make it work. Do you have any idea how I can get
this plug-in or which one I need.

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard is unaware of such a plug-in for Microsoft SMS.
