OpenVMS Security Auditing?

The Question is:

 
Is there an audit trail set enywhere when a user
is removed from the UAF using the remove command.
If the user is logged on at the time of the removal, what consequences can
this have.

The Answer is :

 
  Please contact the system security manager for this information.
  The system security manager can check the current auditing settings,
  particularly the current authorization auditing and alarm settings.
 
  Removing the user while logged in is not something that the OpenVMS
  Wizard would recommend, and will lead to potential or expected problems
  when an access to the SYSUAF for the specified user is required.
