Requesting TCP/IP telnet symbiont sources?

The Question is:

 
We are using TCPIP for OpenVMS 4.2 ECO 2.
 
We have been running with a modified print symbiont for quite a while and
have recently switched most of our printing over to using the ucx$telnetsym.
We would like to keep our symbiont modifications, but as far as I can tell
modifications can only be made to prtsmb.exe.
Is is possible to get the source for the telnet symbiont so we can modify
that for our purposes, or is there another way to change the symbiont.
I have already determined that none of the logical name settings for the
telnet symbiont address our problems.
