The Question is:

 
I am looking for a utility/third party tool
that would allow me to map to a user session
and either monitor it or take control of it.
This would assist in user training, system management.
Similar tools would be PCAnywhere on PC's and
DoubleVision on Data General computers.
Is there such a program available for VMS and,
if yes, what's its name and how can I get it?
