The Question is:

 
ARE THERE ANY BETTER EDITORS THEN TPU OR ED ..I
WOULD LIKE TO MANIPULATE FILES MUCH EASIER. DO
THEY UPGRADE EDITORS WITH MORE FEATURES ????

The Answer is :

 
  OpenVMS has various editors available, including EDT and TPU, and
  various TPU-based editors including EVE and LSEdit, as well as
