Reporting problems with Netscape Navigator?

The Question is:

 
We run Netscape version 3.03 on Alpha vms 7.1
machine. On certain pages the system crashes
without warning or some other kind of message
that will give indications about the system
going down.
This doesn't happend on Alpha vms 7.1-H1 machine.
Do you have any suggestions?
