The Question is:

 
I've tried to startup UCX BOOTP service but get
the following:
 
Boole_$ set def sys$common
Boole_$ @ucx$bootp_startup.com
Bootp Task Exit.
Boole_$

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard will assume bootp has been configured and
  enabled via the TCP/IP Configuration Menu.
 
  There is insufficient information included here.
 
  Check SYS$SYSDEVICE:[UCX$BOOTP]UCX$BOOTP_STARTUP.LOG
 
  Please contact the Compaq Customer Support Center.
 
  Expect to be asked the TCP/IP Services version and ECO level,
