DECcp Capacity Planner and DECps?

The Question is:

 
G'Day,
      I am using Capacity Planner Version 4.0A. I am trying to read in DECps
data that has been archived using the "advise archive" command. Is this
possible? I don't have any problems reading CPD files however when reading
archived files I receive the me
ssage
 
ECP-ERROR,  No data found in specified time interval
 
Do you have any ideas?

The Answer is :

 
  Please contact the Compaq Customer Support Center for assistance.
  The OpenVMS Wizard does not believe that DECps archive files can
  be read by the Capacity Planner.
