Support for Unsupported Platforms? (for hobbyists)

The Question is:

 
With the recent announcement of the OpenVMS Hobbyist V2.0 License which
permits the use of OpenVMS on Alphas for home use, the lack of support for
OpenVMS on the NT only class of Alphas (Multia, PWS A series, 164LX/SX) is
seriously annoying.  What is the
"proper" channel for requesting that OpenVMS support for these systems be
made available?
