MIME utility in OpenVMS V7.2?

The Question is:

 
In an earler question your were asked about:
" How to send smtp/mime mail from openvms?"
and you answered: "Consider an OpenVMS
upgrade -- MIME is first available with OpenVMS
V7.2"
 
I have reviewed all the information I can find
version 7.2 and cannot find any references to
MIME support in v7.2. Are you sure it is there?
(where did miss seeing it?)
