Is it possible to send a remote opcom message to another remote node on the

  Write an application that...
 
    o creates a pseudo-terminal and an associated a mailbox.
    o enables the terminal as an operator, reading messages.
    o opens a connection to a peer application on a remote nod.
    ...
 
  Alternatively, configure the nodes into an OpenVMS Cluster.
