Is there DEC TCP/IP services for OpenVMS VAX Version 5.5

The Answer is :

 
  There was.
 
  The OpenVMS Wizard would strongly encourage an upgrade to at least
  OpenVMS VAX V5.5-2.
 
  An older version of TCP/IP Services (V4.0) is supported with OpenVMS
  VAX V5.5-2, when Prior Version Support agreements are in place for
  both products.
