DECforms, FMS, and TDMS?

The Question is:

 
I would like to know if DEC Forms is being replaced by some other
development tool/utility (as FMS was replaced by DEC Forms)?

The Answer is :

 
  Please see the recently released web connector for DECforms.
 
  The OpenVMS Wizard would tend to expect to see FMS, TDMS, and
