Reading BACKUP savesets on other platforms?

The Question is:

 
I have hundreds of 4mm archive tapes written in VMS Backup. I am looking for
software/utilities that will allow me to read the Backup tapes onto to a
Compaq Proliant Windows NT server V4.0. The 1997 DECUS SIG tapes indicate a
program called VMSBACKUP4-1.Z
IP that might do this, but I can't seem to locate the file. Any other
software you may have heard about? Thanks alot for any info!!
