LDAP on OpenVMS?

The Question is:

 
Are there any plans to bundle an LDAP library
(RTL shareable image and/or object library)
with OpenVMS?  I am aware of the University
of Michigan code and it wil do at a pinch but
I doubt that it is thread-safe.

The Answer is :

 
  Inclusion of LDAP support into OpenVMS is under serious consideration.
  LDAP is presently available in the OpenVMS Netscape FastTrack server.
